We welcome goods and services in trade for sponsor recognition. Benefits are matched to the fair market value (FMV) of your contribution, and cash-plus-trade combinations are welcome.
What We're Seeking (Examples)
Hotels/Lodging: Runner room blocks with a special rate and booking link, late checkout as available, lobby space for packet pick-up, breakfast/coffee, limited shuttle/parking, or comp rooms (with FMV)
Rehab Facilities: Scholarship matches or bed credits (FMV letter required), intake/assessment hours, educational materials for packets, aftercare group vouchers, or staff volunteer teams
Photographers/Videographers: Race-morning coverage, an edited gallery or reel, quick social clips (licensing details required)
DJs/MC/Audio: Music and announcements at the registration area (tabletop presence only), a small PA system, or playlist/reel support
Printing/Swag/Supplies: T-shirts, packet inserts, safety pins/bibs, volunteer supplies, hand sanitizer/sunscreen, or water/snacks
Medical/First Aid: Basic first-aid supplies or staffing (credentials required)
Other Helpful Services: Email/social promotion to your audience, payment of a vendor invoice (e.g., timing), and similar contributions
